We'll discuss the scope of your project or maintenance program, your budget, timeline, and expectations. If it is a good fit for both parties, we'll schedule a site visit.
Site Visit
No matter what the scope of your project, visiting your property is our next step. We'll discuss what work you would like, see your vision, discuss options, possibilities, and solutions, take measurements and pictures. At this point, we will discuss your budget so that we can prepare plans and solutions that meet your goals and your budget.
Design and Pictures
Next, we will send sketches of the plan to help you visualize our suggestions and solutions. Included with the sketches are reference images of plants and materials that will be used to transform your landscape. We will review the plans with you, make any changes, and settle on a final budget for the project. We can discuss timelines and options for doing the work in phases, if needed, to fit your budget.
Proposal and Agreement
When the budget is finalized, we will prepare a detailed proposal explaining all sections of the work. Once the proposal is approved we will prepare our landscape agreement and collect the initial payment to secure your place on our schedule.
Work Begins
Once we've completed the paperwork, we’ll get you on the schedule for the building and beautifying to begin. Our work begins long before we arrive at the job site. We'll be ordering and securing plants and materials, scheduling deliveries, arranging the equipment, locating your underground utilities, and preparing the crew for your project. We’ll remain in close contact and keep you in the loop as we get closer to the start of your project.
