Five Steps to the Outdoor Living Experience of Your Dreams

Get in Touch

Give us a call or fill out our contact form to let us know how we can help. We'll discuss our process, the benefits of working with us, and your project or maintenance program details. If it is a good fit for both parties, we'll send you our questionnaire and schedule a discovery call.

Questionnaire

We utilize an online questionnaire to collect information to help us better understand you and your project. The questionnaire will include questions such as: contact information, project details, your top priorities, how the space will be used, your budget and timeline.

Discovery Call

The discovery call allows for a detailed review of the questionnaire responses and the project. We'll further discuss your priorities, timeline, budget, phases, etc. It is critical that all decision-makers participate in this call. If it is a good fit for both parties, we'll schedule an on-site meeting with all decision-makers present. 

On-Site Meeting

No matter what the scope of your project, visiting your property is our next step. We'll discuss your vision, goals, must-haves, options, and solutions. Once the project goals are set, we then finalize the budget, and collect the design fee (if applicable) and will take measurements and photos of the property, which allows us to start the design process. 

Design and Proposal Presentation Meeting (On-Site)

We will meet on-site again with all decision-makers present to review the detailed design and proposal explaining all aspects and phases of the work. Once the proposal is approved we will prepare our landscape agreement and collect the initial payment (50%) to secure your place on our schedule.

Work Begins

Our work begins long before we arrive at the job site. We'll be ordering and securing plants and materials, scheduling deliveries, arranging the equipment, locating your underground utilities, and preparing the crew for your project. We’ll remain in close contact and keep you in the loop as we get closer to the start of your project. Once the day of your construction arrives, we’ll introduce you to our crew, but rest assured that your designer will be your point of contact throughout the entirety of your project. We will keep you informed of progress and milestones during the build process.

Final Walk-through

We will walk through the property with you, answer any final questions you may have, and collect the final payment (50%). 

On-going Care, Maintenance, Warranties

We will provide instructions for on-going care, and let you know when your maintenance crews will begin if your agreement includes a maintenance plan. We also offer generous warranties on plants (1 year) and hardscaping (5 years).
